Our supplier is based at one of the UK's leading wholesale fish markets in Manchester. They are a family run business, like ourselves and pride themselves on only using suppliers that catch fish from monitored fisheries. They have many years of experience sourcing from the country's major ports and beyond. Everything from the docks is filleted, packed and frozen on the same day, or alternatively if from further afield it is frozen on board the fishing vessels where possible. The range includes the following:- Salmon fillets, Cod loins, Swordfish Loins, Tuna loins, Lemon soles fillets, Sea bass fillets, Plaice fillets, Haddock fillets, Queen scallops, Cocktail prawn, Raw tiger prawns, Smoked kipper fillets, and Rainbow trout fillets.
