There is such a range including beef, pork, lamb and chicken together with around 35 varieties of sausage! The sweet chilli ones are a big favourite of ours. There is also a good range of fresh fruit and vegetables and lovely honey, jams and chutneys. Ti Colluney, Customer ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Fantastic knowledgeable and friendly butchers with a very good range of traceable, often home reared meats with more variety of obscure cuts not available from the highstreet supermarkets. The Farm Assured beef and lamb meat are hung to increase tenderness and the 21 day matured steaks are so good that local foodie restaurant Perkins uses them as their source. Their sausage offer is fantastic, experimental and of excellent quality. The shop is constantly striving to increase the product offer and the deli and fresh vegetables are sourced locally whenever possible. It is a pleasurable experience shopping at Harkers and an absolute must when sourcing for a special occasion when nothing but the best will do.
