Spring at Blackberry Farm

Easter is the perfect time to enjoy our own farm-reared lamb, born in spring and raised on the rolling pastures of Blackberry Farm in Clipston on the Wolds.

The flock of Texel X and Lleyn X ewes graze the fields naturally for most of the year, with no added hormones, additives, or growth promoters. Traditionally matured for tenderness and flavour, this lamb is full of the quality and care you’d expect from a true family farm; the ideal centrepiece for your Easter celebrations.

Our Kitchen

The kitchen team has been busy preparing a tempting range of sweet and savoury springtime favourites; the perfect additions for entertaining. From pies and pasties to sausage rolls and scotch eggs, each is handmade using our best quality meat and pastry.
