©Copyright - Harker’s Farm Shop 2009 Pork Our pork is reared by ourselves or locally by Nottinghamshire farmer Mr Steve Hoyland who farms in Tollerton (Approx 2 miles away). This ensures full traceability. The pigs are reared in a natural environment, bedded on straw and fed on a cereal diet of wheat and barley. This is grown by Steve on his own farm land in Tollerton.
