Sausages
We sell over 35 varieties of tasty sausages. One of our experienced butchers ‘John’, who joined us just over a year ago, has
risen to the challenge of becoming our main expert sausage maker. He has many years experience within the industry and
enjoys experimenting with different combinations and trying new recipes. We use our own ingredients from the Farm Shop,
making our sausages by hand, using traditional methods.
The favourites include our butchers pride and joy, the traditional plain pork and the herby, regional Lincolnshire. Our
speciality range, which continues to grow include the following:-

We have a large selection freshly available each week. We also keep a stock of frozen sausages.
If you require a specific flavour please speak to the butchers as some notice may be required.
We have added a new range of delicious flavours to our sausage collection. All hand made with our own meat.
Boerewors – A South African farmer’s sausage flavoured with chilli, nutmeg, black pepper and coriander
Polish Sausage – A traditional polish style sausage with a hint of mustard with ground rice, white pepper, nutmeg, marjoram
& garlic. An excellent combination of tasty flavours.
Caramelised red onion – A traditional pork sausage with the added sweetness of caramelised red onions
